Ryan Linvill (LA) is a new player of all things musical on a part-time journey with Dan Nigro. Ryan supported Olivia Rodrigo’s iconic SOUR by playing synth, drums, bass, flute, sax, acoustic guitar and was credited for engineering, programming, and additional production on six songs including “Déjà Vu,” “Brutal,” “Traitor,” “Good 4 U,” “Happier,” “Hope Ur Ok,” and “Favorite Crime.” Recently, Ryan co-produced Dermot Kennedy’s song “Better Days,” and played on Conan Gray’s latest singles “Astronomy” and “People Watching.” In addition to working with some of the most important artists of 2021, Ryan enjoys working with emerging and breakout acts like Tai Verdes, whose song “Solamente” he produced solo.
Though his taste is all Alt, all the time (see: Binki, Nao, Dayglow, Sasha Sloan, John the Blind…), Ryan is extremely versatile and thrives across pop, indie/alternative, R&B/Hip-Hop, and the emerging ‘bedroom’ genre. Ryan’s ability to blend genres creates an ideal environment for artists to grow & experiment. Other recent collaborations & co-writes include Mills, Sasha Sloan, Devon Gilfillian, Hinds, Silver Sphere, Chloe Moriondo, Tenille Townes, RIPE, Livvi Franc, Jon Levine, Mick Coogan, Solly, Noah Conrad, Slimdan, and more.
