2020 is indeed the “The Year of Basie” 🎶 For those of you in the Red Bank, NJ area come on down to the T. Thomas Fortune Cultural Center this Thursday, Feb 13 at 6 pm. The Cultural Center will honor William James “Count” Basie, with a pre-Valentine’s Day reception with the reading of letters from “A Love Letter to Count Basie: The Kid from Red Bank.”
