We are seeking an exceptional Los Angeles-based candidate for a Creative Sync Coordinator role with our team. The focus of the Creative Sync Coordinator role is to contribute creative and administrative support across all areas of Sync Department activity.

The ideal candidate for the Coordinator role:

● Has minimum 2 years experience working in music publishing, licensing, or similar role
● Is very passionate about classic and contemporary music of all styles
● Is an ambitious self-starter who is also passionate about the music and entertainment industries
● Is a team player and works well in a collaborative environment
● Knows the fundamentals of music publishing and licensing
● Has experience with various digital audio formats, knows advanced features of iTunes as well as
Disco or similar online music pitching platforms
● Has experience with Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
● Has experience using Mailchimp or similar e-blast design platforms
● Has experience with Photoshop or other similar graphics program
● Has excellent overall attention to detail
● Is constantly curious and always up for new challenges
In the position, the Coordinator would:
● Update and manage spreadsheet data of detailed sync placement activity
● Process incoming sync licensing requests and approvals for various media
● Help ingest and tag audio catalogs into our sync pitch system
● Convert and archive digital audio and video files
● Create song playlists from our deep catalogs to support the sync team’s pitching to various
projects across film/tv/advertising/video games and more
● Actively pitch for creative sync opportunities in various media
● Help plan music showcases and other sync department events

HR Generalist (New York, NY)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and empathetic colleague with a dedicated work ethic and a sharp mind who will be responsible for employee relations and be the go-to face of our Human Resources department. The role reports to the COO and will work closely with our PEO, as well as all staff in our NY, LA and TX offices.

Specific responsibilities include:
• Onboarding and offboarding of employees
• Reviewing company policies & practices to ensure best practices are implemented
• Administering training & development programs; acting as a liaison for company policies re: anti-
harassment, anti-discrimination, diversity & inclusion, etc.
• Lending guidance for our Racial Equity Task Force and other internal action groups

Internal Auditor (New York, NY)

We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague with a dedicated work ethic and a sharp mind who will be responsible for implementing SOX compliance, developing internal controls documentation, and conducting internal audits to test the efficacy of internal controls. This position reports to the CFO and will work closely with the finance, accounting, and other operational teams.

As the Internal Auditor, we will rely on you to successfully perform the following duties:
• Leading the process to address risks, the effectiveness of internal controls, and the documentation of such controls and accounting policies
• Collaborating with management to facilitate the implementation of an Enterprise Risk Management program
• Executing audits per the Internal Audit plan and as otherwise directed by Internal Audit management
• Documenting and evaluating audit results, and communicating with the appropriate levels of management
• Utilizing state of the art audit methodology and technology; complying with all internal and external policies & regulations
• Staying abreast of internal audit and financial reporting standards and trends and integrating them into the annual audit plan, as necessary
• Proposing creative and pragmatic solutions
• Other project work determined necessary by senior management or the Audit Committee, including, but not limited to, the following: process improvement reviews, review of accounting policy, review of compliance with policies, post acquisition evaluation, communication of best practices, and projects specifically requested by management

• Bachelor’s degree required, along with 6+ years of relevant work experience
• Minimum of 3 years of public accounting experience and CPA certification required
• Minimum of 3 years of in-house experience with a public company preferred
• Knowledge of current auditing methodologies & standards
• Familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley 404 compliance requirements and testing
• Ability to write and verbally communicate audit results, write audit reports and develop presentations for management
• Ability to read, interpret and analyze financial statements

Financial Analyst (New York, NY)

We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague with a dedicated work ethic and a sharp mind who will be responsible for financial modeling, business planning, and reporting. This position reports to the CFO and will play an integral role in support for investor relations.

As the Financial Analyst, we will rely on you to successfully perform the following duties:
• Preparing and maintaining 3-statement financial models to project fund performance, capital accounts, returns and tax consequences
• Modeling “what if” scenarios with respect to partner allocation and return streams
• Preparing annual budgets, quarterly reforecasts, and measuring performance against both
• Leading FP&A with regard to Net Publisher’s Share revenue and other key performance indicators (KPIs) through communication with the royalties & data team & marketing teams, trend analysis, and other big data research
• Working with accounting and investment teams to build out annual and quarterly reporting metrics and financial disclosures
• Participate in investor relations as pertains to fund performance and tax planning
• Performing ad-hoc special projects to support management and investor needs
•Communicating regularly and effectively with management to ensure accuracy of real-time decisions

• Bachelor’s degree required, along with 5+ years of relevant finance work experience
• Private equity and/or investment banking background preferred
• Strong proficiency in Excel with excellent modeling skills required
• Ability to synthesize data and create reports from scratch
