INTEREST IN PREMIER MUSIC GROUP,
THE MUSIC AND CULTURE AGENCY
Primary Wave Music Publishing announces today they have taken a minority equity interest in Premier Music Group (“Premier”), the rising music and culture agency. Premier will utilize Primary Wave’s vast financial and artistic resources to expand its platform and capabilities, including further acquisitions and investments to enhance its creative, strategy, content, design and music supervision services. Leveraging Premier’s deep creative and strategy expertise, Primary Wave and Premier will work closely in further expanding brand and marketing opportunities for their collective roster of artists and brand clients.
Founded by former Downtown Music Co-Founders Josh Deutsch (Chairman/CEO) and Terence Lam (Co-Chairman), Premier is an innovative music and culture agency working with its artists and brand clients to drive culture and commerce.
