“UP ALL NIGHT WITH ALY & AJ” CHARITY LIVE STREAM
New York, NY (May 27, 2020) – Critically acclaimed, synth-pop duo Aly & AJ have announced today they will stay up all night for charity. The sisters will go live from Los Angeles on May 28 at 7pm PST and will be awake, entertaining fans across the world, until 7am PST during their “Up All Night with Aly & AJ” charity live stream. The event will be broadcast live via YouTube, Facebook and Twitch.
Special guests, including Phil of the Future and iZombie Reunions, will pop in and out and the girls will be taking calls and chatting with fans throughout the night. Viewers can expect moments of meditation, stand-up comedy routines, karaoke, a virtual drag show, unseen concert footage, pilates, and of course, a full concert where Aly & AJ will be performing their latest single “Joan of Arc on the Dance Floor” for the first time.
Each hour of the stream-a-thon will also highlight different charities that have a personal meaning to the girls. Aly & AJ will share stories about what the charity means to them, while also raising awareness for their main mission by welcoming representatives from each organization to chat with viewers. A chyron will appear on screen that will direct fans to a page for that hour’s charity. Confirmed charities include GLAAD, Trevor Project, Frontline Foods, Beauty Bus, Project Heal, Art of Elysium, Sierra Club, Women’s History Museum, MusiCares, American Red Cross and Save Our Stages.
